Also, living near the ocean can cause premature weathering of the aluminum finish and is not warranted.For optimal performance while living in the salt air, we suggest that the frames are covered while not in use and rinsed off monthly with fresh water. Non-proprietary items such as glass or other table top surfaces are also not covered.With the previous exceptions,All frames are warrantied for a period of 5 years.Powder Coated finishes are warrantied for a period of 3 years.Resin Wicker is warrantied for a period of 3 years against noticable fading and cracking.CushionsAll cushions are made with all weather materials. Sunset West uses Sunbrella fabrics exclusively. Please refer to the Sunbrella website for care and maintenance information:www.sunbrella.com. Cushions are warranted for 1 YEAR against manufacture and material defects.
